1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TextWipes (the "Service"), operated by Latticior LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TextWipes is a text cleaning utility that detects and removes invisible Unicode characters, homoglyph substitutions, and formatting artifacts from text. The free tier processes text entirely in your browser. The paid Pro tier provides additional AI-powered text rewriting via server-side processing.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TextWipes to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Overload the Service with automated bulk requests without API access

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect or remove all hidden characters or watermarks from all text sources.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Latticior LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
